Mediat vazhdojne të lëshojnë informacione për SkyWay vazhdimisht. Jo shumë kohë më parë, komentet për projektin nga drejtori për zhvillimin e transportit urban, CJSC “Transmashholding” Andrey Vasilyev u postuan si një intervistë për Agjencinë e lajmeve të qytetit “Moska”. “PLANET TODAY” AND “KACHESTVO.RU” ABOUT SKYWAY: DOMESTIC TRANSPORT SYSTEM CAPABLE TO CHANGE THE FUTURE

Not long ago, the comments on the project by the Director on urban transport development, CJSC “Transmashholding” Andrey Vasilyev were posted as an interview to the city news Agency “Moscow”. This time Internet portals “Kachestvo.ru” and “Planet Today” joined him.

 

 

The technological development proceeds on the principle of accumulation. Scientific theories are based on the ideas of predecessors and innovative inventions are built on long-established developments. The same thing happens with SkyWay transport: the website “Kachestvo.ru” writes that the latest technological innovations in combination with proven solutions are applied in the SkyWay transport system. Electric motors ― the heart of SkyWay rolling stock ― have long been successfully used in transportation and industry, and pre-stressed structures of string tracks are the reinterpretation of well-known construction technologies used by engineers while designing and building skyscrapers for many years.

The combination of proven solutions and highly relevant field of application is the key to successful development. And SkyWay fully satisfies all the requirements in this respect. As the news portal “Planet Today” writes, the majority of currently existing roads even in developed countries were not designed for current traffic and passenger flow, they have originated in pre-automobile era. Because of the enormous population growth and obsolescence of conventional road infrastructure, SkyWay transport may become one of the most successful solutions to transportation problems emerging before our eyes.

Anyway, speaking generally SkyWay combines tactics and strategy. The solution of actual problems is associated with a long-term planning on the development of the whole system. With the project’s growth SkyWay transport will pass the way from the solution of local problems in separate cities to the creation of a large-scale transport infrastructure.

VICTOR BABURIN RRETH PERSPEKTIVAVE MË TË MIRA TË SKYWAY
Brenda ekspozitës ndërkombëtare XI “Transportet e Rusisë”, që u mbajt nga 6 deri më 8 dhjetor 2017 në Moskë, u mbajt edhe konferenca SkyWay.

Ndër folësit e konferencës – Zëvendës Drejtor i Përgjithshëm për zhvillimin e projektit te organizatës SkyWay  , Victor Baburin, i cili në fjalën e tij ndau me pjesëmarrësit e evenimentit lajmet dhe planet më të fundit për zhvillimin strategjik të teknologjisë SkyWay.

Në veçanti, Victor Baburin vuri në dukje se pavarësisht nga dëshira e shumë partnerëve të projektit për të parë rrugët e para me tela në Rusi, qasja e biznesit në zbatimin e SkyWay kërkon marrjen parasysh të tregjeve më premtuese e me më pak vështirësi.

Ne duhet të mësohemi me faktin se perdja e hekurt është zhdukur. Ne jemi një kompani ndërkombëtare, ne nuk punojmë atje ku kemi lindur. Për të rritur konkurrencën e projektit në zyrat e dizajnit dhe prodhimin e CJSC String Technologies, elementet e industrisë 4.0 janë duke u prezantuar: për një gjysmë viti ekipi i specialistëve të kompanisë po punon për futjen e një sistemi për të punuar me modelet virtuale strukturën e mjeteve lëvizëse dhe strukturën e pistave nga Dassault Systemes. Një sistem i tillë do të lejojë krijimin e projekteve inxhinierike në një mënyrë të koordinuar dhe të shpejtë dhe do të përgatisë dokumentacionin teknik të nevojshëm për nisjen e tyre në prodhim. Të gjitha ndryshimet e bëra nga inxhinierët në paraqitjen do të ndikojnë në modelin përfundimtar dhe llogaritjet e karakteristikave teknike dhe koston e produktit përfundimtar.

Nevoja për të përdorur parimet e industrisë 4.0 lind gjithashtu për shkak të faktit se sistemet e informacionit lejojnë transferimin e detyrave për projekte në bazë të kontratës për inxhinierë nga vendet e tjera. Kjo është e nevojshme, sepse në fazat e para të hyrjes së kompanisë në tregun botëror, nuk do të ketë aftësinë fizike për të prodhuar në mënyrë të pavarur të gjitha punët rreth globit.

Ne duhet të kuptojmë se jetojmë në një botë të vërtetë , ku jane vetëm 24 orë, ku njerëzit duan jo vetëm të punojnë, por edhe të jetojnë një jetë normale të plotë me familjet e tyre, prandaj së pari ne nuk do të jemi në gjendje të marrim një pjesë të madhe te numrit te projekteve. Ne ende kemi vetëm 400 njerëz. Për një kompleks të tillë të komplikuar, ne nuk kemi nevojë për 400, por 4000 njerëz, dhe madje edhe më mirë 40,000. Dhe ne, natyrisht, do të mberrijme edhe në këtë, por në vitin e ardhshëm ne do të jemi në gjendje të nderrmarrim 1-2 projekte.
Në veçanti, Viktor Baburin komentoi mbi zhvillimin e projekteve të synuara në Indi dhe Indonezi, të cilat ne kemi raportuar më parë:

Ne duhet të qasemi në zgjedhjen e një vendi për ndërtim strategjik, me saktësi. Ne duhet të zgjedhim vendin që do të na lejojë të themi “A”, dhe të themi “B”. Ne duhet ta bëjmë këtë domosdoshmërisht me një kontratë ose financime të ngjashme. Duke folur ne kete moment, ne po ndertojme 2 kilometra, por tashmë kemi një kontratë që kur kalojmë certifikimin lokal dhe kur teknologjia arrin rezultatet e deklaruara, ne kemi marrë automatikisht një kontratë për një pjesë më interesante – për shembull, 30 kilometra, financuar nga shteti apo një persona privat.
Në përfundim të fjalës së tij, Viktor Baburin theksoi se fushat më të rëndësishme për zhvillimin e projektit janë India, Indonezia dhe Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe.

Aktualisht, Viktor Baburin është pjesë e një grupi punues në Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe, ku së bashku me projektuesin e përgjithshëm të SkyWay, Anatoly Yunitskiy është duke negociuar me klientët potencial për projektin e futjes së sistemeve të transportit SW në objektet e infrastrukturës portuale.

VICTOR BABURIN ABOUT NEAREST PROSPECTS OF SKYWAY

Within the XI International exhibition “Transport of Russia”, which was held from 6th to 8th of December 2017 in Moscow, the SkyWay conference was held. Among the speakers of the conference – Deputy Director General for the development of the SkyWay project organization Victor Baburin, who in his speech shared with the participants of the event the latest news and plans for the strategic development of SkyWay technology.

In particular, Victor Baburin noted that despite the desire of many project partners to see the first stringed roads in Russia, the business approach in the implementation of SkyWay requires considering the most promising markets with the least amount of difficulties.

 

 

We need to get used to the fact that the iron curtain is gone. We are an international company, we do not work where we were born. As a commercial organization, we were created in order to make a profit, and not to engage in patriotism. We must go where the market takes us, and officials say: “Why did not you come yesterday? You can start building today, because tomorrow it will be too late”.

Also, Viktor Baburin said that in countries such as India, which are now experiencing rapid economic and demographic growth, the SkyWay project needs to begin to be implemented today, which is confirmed by local industry leaders. According to him, the Indian side actively collects all innovative ideas, among which the one that demonstrates technical and commercial viability will win.

Now Europe is actively moving to the industry 4.0. As far as I know, in Russia such technologies are used only in military enterprises. Basically, in this respect, Russia lags behind

To enhance the competitiveness of the project in the design bureaus and the production of CJSC String Technologies, industry elements 4.0 are being introduced: for half a year the team of the company’s specialists is working on the introduction of a system for working with virtual models of rolling stock and track structure from Dassault Systemes. Such a system will allow the creation of engineering projects in a coordinated and rapid manner and prepare technical documentation necessary for launching them into production. All changes made by engineers in the layout will affect the final model and calculations of technical characteristics and cost of the final product.

The need to use the principles of the industry 4.0 is also due to the fact that information systems allow the transfer of tasks for projects on a contract basis to engineers from other countries. This is necessary, because at the first stages of the company’s entry into the world market, it will not have the physical ability to independently produce all works around the globe.

 

 

We must understand that we live in a real physical world, where only 24 hours, where people want not only to work, but also to live a normal full life with their families, so at first we will not be able to take on a large number of projects. We still have only 400 people. For such a complicated complex, we need not 400, but 4000 people, and even better 40,000. And we, of course, will come to this, but in the coming year we will be able to take 1-2 projects

In particular, Viktor Baburin commented on the development of target projects in India and Indonesia, which we already reported earlier:

We must approach the choice of a site for construction strategically, accurately. We must choose the place that will allow us to say “A”, and to say “B”. We need to necessarily approach this with a related contract or related financing. Relatively speaking, we are doing 2 kilometers, but we already have a contract that when passing the local certification and when the technology reaches the declared results, we automatically get a contract for a more interesting piece – for example, 30 kilometers, financed by the state or a private person

In conclusion of his speech, Viktor Baburin stressed that the most relevant areas for the development of the project are India, Indonesia and the UAE.

At the moment, Viktor Baburin is part of a working group in the UAE, where, together with the general designer of SkyWay, Anatoly Yunitskiy is negotiating with potential customers for the project of introducing SW transport systems into port infrastructure facilities.
